Enrolment & Registration Policy

  • Enrolment is confirmed on receipt of full payment or an agreed first instalment.
  • All registrations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Batch allocation is subject to seat availability at the time of payment.
  • You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation within 24 hours of payment.
  • Please ensure your contact details are correct at registration. We use them to reach you.
  • Language Box may merge or reschedule batches with low enrolment. We will always give prior notice.

Payment Policy

  • Course fees are due in full at registration unless a written instalment plan has been agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, NEFT, IMPS, and bank transfers. Details shared on registration.
  • Receipts are issued for every payment. Keep yours for reference.
  • Fees are in Indian Rupees and include all course materials unless stated otherwise.
  • Fee changes for new batches do not affect students already enrolled.

Refund Policy

Life changes. Our refund policy is designed to be fair.

Capsule Courses (5-Day)

  • No refund once the course has begun.
  • Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the first session.

Level Courses (A1 to B2)

  • Full refund if requested before the first class.
  • 50 percent refund if requested after the first class but before the third.
  • No refund after the third class.

Corporate and Customised Training

  • Governed by the terms in your individual proposal or agreement.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment source.
  • To request a refund, contact us at +91 8459445201 with your registration details.

Course Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

By Language Box

  • If a trainer is unavailable or a technical issue arises, we will reschedule with at least 6 hours notice.
  • If a batch is cancelled by Language Box, enrolled students receive a full refund or placement in the next available batch, whichever they prefer.

By Students

  • You may request a single batch transfer per enrolment, subject to availability, with at least 48 hours notice.
  • Private class reschedules require at least 12 hours notice. Cancellations under 2 hours are counted as attended sessions.
  • Group class sessions cannot be individually rescheduled. Class recordings and notes will be shared after each session.

Code of Conduct

Language Box runs on mutual respect: for every learner, every trainer, and the learning process itself.

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and come prepared.
  • Communicate respectfully with trainers and fellow students at all times.
  • Maintain focus during live online sessions. Camera on is encouraged. Mute unless speaking.
  • Not record any sessions without explicit written permission.
  • Not share course materials, links, or access with anyone who is not enrolled.

Breaching these expectations may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Privacy Policy

Language Box is committed to protecting your personal information.

What We Collect

  • Name, phone number, and email provided during registration or enquiry.
  • Course preference and communication history.

How We Use It

  • To process enrolments and send course-related updates.
  • To share batch schedules, reminders, and relevant offers via WhatsApp and email.
  • To improve our courses and services using your feedback.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with anyone.
  • We do not send spam.

WhatsApp Communication

  • By sharing your number, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from Language Box about your course and updates. To opt out, message STOP to +91 8459445201 at any time.

Data Storage

  • Your data is stored securely and held only for as long as needed to fulfil your course and any legal requirements.

Certificate Issuance Policy

  • Certificates of Completion are issued to students who attend at least 80 percent of their enrolled sessions.
  • Capsule Course certificates are issued on completion of all 5 sessions.
  • Certificates are sent digitally via WhatsApp or email within 7 working days of course completion.
  • Physical certificates are available on request for an additional fee. Allow 10 to 15 working days.
  • Language Box certificates are internal course completion documents, separate from internationally accredited qualifications such as IELTS, DELE, and Goethe-Zertifikat. Students register for those independently through the relevant examination bodies.
